The Accomodation - our homestead sleeps up to 34 guests across 8 rooms. Open plan living, dining and kitchen that’s perfect for entertaining.
2 bathrooms, room 8 having an ensuite and access to our outdoor bathroom facilities which has 3 toilets and 2 showers.

For an Additional fee we can provide access to the Settler’s Nest which is a charming off - gird log cabin that sleeps 2 guest (Queen Bed) with Bathroom and kitchenette. Located on the top of the hill looking back at the homestead.
Need more room ? Book our mini homestead for an additional charge which is 3 double rooms.

The surrounds - 1400 acres which means plenty of room for fun and activities. Explore the beautiful land of settlers rest which has 2 natural springs & 8 dams (including the turtle - inhabited Turtle Dam).
50+ live cattle call settlers rest home. We welcome activities such as mountain bike riding, hiking and horse riding, please no motor bikes or quads.

The Amenities - Despite its rural charm the property is fitted with modern conveniences including power, Wifi, Digital TV, and piano. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit.
For an additional fee we can allow access to the Settlers Pavilion which is a 30 x 12 meter purpose built function hall, complete with bar, multimedia system and stage.

The location - Conveniently situated just 1hr 20mins from Windsor, 40mins from Singleton or Pokolbin and 1.5 Hours from Newcastle Beach. Settlers Rest is accessible yet private.
