Alone, with colleagues or with family , This place filled with good vibes will offer you a peaceful place ideal for a stopover on the holiday route (close to the Gerzat toll gate 2 min ) for a short or long stay, to relax or for work.
Very well located, the accommodation has many shops around and near Clermont-Ferrand.

Recently renovated townhouse with exposed framing.
Large living room and kitchen on the ground floor (sofa bed in the living room )
Upstairs sleeping area and bathroom.
Very well located this accommodation consisting of 2 bedrooms and a desk with a sofa bed sleeps up to 8 guests ( for short stays)
Linens are provided.
We do the maintenance ourselves and have opted for a reasonable cleaning fee.
