The space
Located just 2 km from the center of Viana do Castelo and 2.6 km from the nearest beach, this century-old house retains its historic essence while offering all modern comforts. Ideal for up to 8 people, it is the perfect retreat for families, friends, and surfers. Upon entering Casa do Sorrio, you will be embraced by a welcoming atmosphere, with natural light filling every corner.
The house is spread over two floors, providing space and privacy.
On the upper floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and four bedrooms that ensure a restful stay for all guests. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a small library. The upper terrace, with sea views and equipped with a table and chairs, is the perfect place to relax in the late afternoon while enjoying the landscape.
On the lower floor, a spacious 60 m² living room invites social gatherings, featuring a dining area and a cozy lounge with a fireplace, wood stove, and TV. The second bathroom, with a classic bathtub and shower, adds convenience for everyone.
Direct access to the outside leads to a terrace with a barbecue, perfect for shared meals and outdoor dining while enjoying the peaceful surroundings and nature.

There is one private parking space available on the property. If your group has more vehicles, additional parking can be found on the main road, just 40 meters from the house.

For stays longer than three nights, we offer an exclusive laundry service: simply place your clothes in the basket, and they will be returned clean—just hang them to dry.
