Welcome to your ideal getaway location. Strategically located 8 mins walk from Pineville Plaza Hospital, the Carolina Place Mall, easily access 485 highway for seamless travel, shop at the nearby shopping center and catch a bus 5 mins away.

After exploring, retreat to our comfortable haven, complete with modern amenities, the back deck has an outdoor grill and ample space to use. This is the perfect base for your stay for relaxation or work. Book now for a blend of comfort and convenience!

The space
There is an extra room downstairs with 3 couches. All three couches extend into sleeper beds. No guests are allowed to use the fireplace for safety reasons.

The back porch has a grill ready to fire up and the same tank can be alternated between the grill and the overhead radiant heater.

Guest access
Once you have a reservation, You will be sent a code that you can use to open the front door. The code is usually active an hr before check in.

Other things to note
There is parking enough for about 3 cars. Extra cars (3) can go on the street but no parking on the lawn.

No loud parties allowed.
