Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Please note that cattle are large, unpredictable animals and may pose a risk of injury. The farm owners and staff are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of guests interacting with or being near the animals or while exploring the property. Guests are expected to exercise caution and supervise children at all times.

- Please be careful when exiting the property, as people travel pretty fast along Lights Beach Road.

- Please be mindful that you are booking a rural Airbnb in the country, which is surrounded by Australian bush and farmland. You may run into critters, little bush mice, kangaroos, and plenty of noisy kookaburras and cows!
