Ideally located country cottage - close to beaches, wine regions and the cities of Bunbury and Busselton.
Visit the Bunbury Dolphin Discovery Centre Daily boat tours to visit wild dolphins and interactive displays for children.
Enjoy the beautiful Ferguson valley , award winning wines , art galleries and delicious food .
The cottage has two ensuite bedrooms and lounge with kitchenette, set in rolling lawns and garden and cots available.
The space
The Cottage is on a working avocado farm. The bedrooms are large and airy with a comfortable king and queen bed both with their own ensuites. There is a cot also available for use. A kitchenette, lounge and dining area, as well as a barbecue, makes this a self contained escape.
We have a tennis court which is available on request - please bring your own racquets and non marking shoes. The tennis court also has a pavilion for enjoying a drink or two after your game!
Please note that the entrance to the cottage is shared - Neil accesses an office occasionally. When guests are staying he tries to avoid going into the office but may need to duck in - he will inform you prior if he needs access.
We are happy to accommodate pets if we discuss prior.

We are five minutes from the beach and midway between Bunbury and Busselton. The Ferguson Valley , wineries and breweries are a short drive away . The Bunbury Dolphin Discovery Centre is a must for visitors ..
The Capel Golf Club is over the road and we have a tennis court ..availability on request.
