Our apartment is located on the second floor of one of the oldest historic buildings in Montepulciano. It is spacious and finely furnished for two people.
The real gem of the house is the living area with terrace, perfect for relaxing while admiring the historic center of Montepulciano, a stone's throw from Piazza Grande.
The space
The house is just 100 meters from the famous Piazza Grande in Montepulciano, one of the most iconic squares in Italy. From this privileged position, you can fully immerse yourself in the vibrant fabric of local life. Enjoy the magic of a morning coffee on the terrace, and let yourself be conquered by evening aperitifs while admiring the breathtaking sunset among the roofs of the center, a unique atmosphere.

Guest access

Before arriving at the property, please send the documents (identity card or passport) of all guests who will stay in the house in the Airbnb chat.

24 hours before check-in, carefully read the access instructions, available directly in your reservation, by clicking on "How to access the house".
🚮 Waste:
Respect the door-to-door sorted garbage collection (you will find the collection guide both inside the house in the kitchen and sent in the Airbnb chat).
For door-to-door collection, place the garbage outside the building, at the end of the street on the left, in the corner under the public garbage can of the street, on a paved and clearly visible road.
All waste must be disposed of completely by guests at check-out.
🏠 Respect for the house:
Use the accommodation with care, as if it were your own. Damage, shortcomings, or non-compliance with the check-out rules may be charged through the platform.
⚡️ Electricity consumption:
Do not use more than one appliance at the same time that exceeds a total of 3 kW, otherwise the power could go out, as this is the maximum power of the house.
🌡️ Heating:
The temperature is managed with a manual thermostat, located inside the house.
If you want to turn off or adjust the heating, contact us in the Airbnb chat and we will explain how to do it yourself.

We are in a strategic and convenient area, with typical restaurants, bars, artisan bakeries, shops and wineries within walking distance, in the historic center of Montepulciano, a stone's throw from Piazza Grande.

Getting around

-If you use the Pulman to get there, we recommend getting off at the Montepulciano bus station and then taking a taxi (booking it well in advance). Check schedules and availability on the Internet.
-If you use the train to get there, we recommend getting off at the Chiusi Chianciano Terme train station and taking a taxi (booking it well in advance, the train station is about 25 minutes away by car). Check schedules and availability on the Internet.
Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL):
We are located in the center of Montepulciano, therefore in the ZTL area (limited traffic zone). You are not allowed to enter or travel within the ZTL by car if you are not a resident. We recommend parking in the parking lots outside the city's ZTL areas. All parking spaces outside the ZTL area have free spaces (white stripes) or paid spaces (blue stripes), you pay directly in the parking totem, rules, schedules and prices are written on the appropriate parking signs.
We recommend Parking P6 (consisting of three floors).
