Extra spacious

Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
Barossa 1900 offers luxury vineyard accommodation for 10 people in the Barossa Valley, one hour’s drive from Adelaide.

The private two-acre property is home to some of the Barossa’s oldest dry-grown Grenache grapes and is located a short walk to cellar doors, restaurants, breweries and retail shopping in Tanunda.

As a sister property to Barossa 1900 Homestead, together these two properties sleep 18 people.

We offer generous inclusions and private winemaker tastings by appointment.

The space
Welcome to Barossa 1900 Vineyard Retreat.

Our double-storey accommodation offers a private setting to relax and wind down, with breathtaking 360 degree views of the vineyard estate and Barossa landscape.

The well-appointed homestead features five bedroom suites, each offering a king-size bed and vineyard views, making it the perfect accommodation for large groups, families or couples. Three of the beds convert to king singles to provide flexible sleeping arrangements. Linen House linens, 1000 thread count sheets and South Australian-made Jumbuck quilts encourage a perfect night's sleep.

Top floor bedrooms have their own Juliet balconies and each floor has its own private bathroom.

A two-night stay has generous inclusions such as estate-grown Cirillo Wines Grenache and locally sourced products.

A ‘Meet the Winemaker Experience’ and private tastings with the winemaker are available by appointment.

In-house facilities include antique clawfoot bath, free wifi to log into your own streaming services, 65 inch television, wood fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee maker, dual washer/dryer and separate living/dining areas.

Undercover parking is available with space for up to five vehicles on the property.

Outside, guests can enjoy picture-perfect sunrises and sunsets with access to the front and rear gardens, orchard, gazebo, fire pit and vine-covered verandah.

For guests seeking a full Barossa immersion, we can recommend preferred wellness, adventure and touring experiences, as well as local cellar doors, restaurants and attractions.

Guest access
Guests have access to our accommodation, front and rear landscaped gardens, orchard, gazebo, fire pit and vine-covered verandah.

As part of our sustainability footprint, we have revegetated the gardens using plants of local provenance that once grew extensively throughout the Barossa.

The gardens are a haven for native birdlife and wildlife, and the vineyard is also home to a family of kangaroos. Please enjoy this sight but give them plenty of space.

Our aim is to provide guests with complete privacy but please be aware this is a working vineyard and at times you may see vehicles on the property.

We wish you a memorable stay and hope you enjoy sharing our Barossa lifestyle.
