PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE BOOKING

Roads:

The roads can get muddy when it has been raining. We always recommend bringing a SUV/Truck preferably 4x4/AWD vehicle with at least 6 inches of ground clearance.

Electricity:

We do provide electricity all year long! Our house is powered by solar with a small generator as backup. We ask that you be mindful with how much electricity you use while at your stay. If you need to use the generator please turn off when no longer occupying.

Cooking:

For cooking we do provide a outdoor grille with cooking utensils, plates, and silverware. As well as a kettle for boiling water and a toaster. No stove is at the home.

Water/Shower:

We do provide hot running water all year long. We run our water off a water tank outside and a small propane water heater. We ask that you please keep your showers no longer than 5 minutes.

Outhouse compost toilet:

The toilet room is on a separate outhouse.

Pets:

We do allow pets for a fee per pet (this will be applied at check out) Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a $100 penalty. Please, we kindly ask no pets on the furniture.

Recommended items to bring:

- Summer clothes during summer
- Warm clothes during winter season
- Slippers
- Firewood
- Extra blankets during winter
- Food and water

EXTRA FEES:

- Missing items will result in a fee per item
- This is a non smoking home, smoking will result in a $300 fine
- Damages made by guests or pets (invoice of costs will be provided)
- Any stains, unnecessary amount of dirt or waste that will be needed to be deep cleaned by our housekeepers will result to a $150 fine on top of cleaning costs.

Sitting on over an acre lot, you may enjoy the landscape. Please respect the neighbors nearby!

Other things to note
- No AC unit but we do provide fans & temperatures drop well below 70 degrees at night in summer making a comfortable relaxing experience.
- No tv, but for enjoyment we have included all types of board games.
- Do not use indoor blankets outside.
- This is a off grid property, please understand that certain things may not function as expected. We have our service team on call but the idea is to have a glamping experience close to the grand canyon.
