Surrounded by typical Haussmann buildings of the 17th arrondissement of the French capital, this fully renovated apartment offers a haven of peace and tranquility 10 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and the mythical Avenue des Champs Elysées. It is also a 15-minute walk from the Palais des Congrès de Paris. Modern and carefully decorated, this 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor in a beautiful quiet courtyard. Spread over 2 floors, it consists of the following on the ground floor:
- A living room and a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher). There is a high table that comfortably seats 6 people. The living room also has a sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 200) and a large TV screen.
- A bright and warm bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200) and storage spaces.
- A very functional bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer and towel rail.
On the lower floor, the master suite consists of:
- A bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200) and a wall-mounted TV and storage.
- An en-suite bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
For your comfort, we will prepare the apartment as a hotel room and we will make the beds with quality linens. We also offer towels and toiletries.
