The space
The three-bedroom abode is designed to accommodate six guests comfortably, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends. One bedroom comes with a king size bed, while the other two come with twin beds. Each room has windows that frame the stunning views of the surrounding nature.

Guest access
The villa is 500 meters away from the main entrance to the village of Porto Santo Stefano. It can be reached by taking the small road Via delle Fornaci which branches off the main road right before arriving at the first ring road of the village. It is advisable to use small to medium size saloon or SUV cars since the road (like many roads in Tuscany and the rest of Italy) are narrow. There are two main entries to the villa, with both gates equipped with remote opening and closing. It is recommended to use the upper entrance to unload the luggage upon arrival and departure. The lower gate leads to a spacious parking for your stay and your friends.

Coming from Rome Fiumicino Airport, follow signs for Civitavecchia, and continue on the motorway A12 until it transitions to the via Aurelia. Take the exit at km 143 following signs for Monte Argentario and Porto Santo Stefano. If you are coming from either Pisa or Florence, take the exit from the Aurelia at km 154 and follow the signs for Porto Santo Stefano. Please send us a text message in advance so we can meet you near the ring road to take you up to the house and hand you over the keys and the remote control for the gates.
