You and your family will have everything to touch in this space in the center of Barcelona in an area full of theatres, leisure and transport. Although it should be noted that the building is old and in need of some updating, the apartment is simple but cozy, with a nice balcony on the street. We have done a renovation in the bathroom, beds are new and has new furniture to make you feel more comfortable. It is very central!! Do not hesitate to consult us, we will help you in everything you need!

It is an authentic building in the Poblesec district, next to the Paral.lel and very close to Plaça Espanya and the tourist district of Born. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a bright living room, bathroom and kitchen.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, the building does not have an elevator. There is NO AC.
With your reservation through Airbnb, the entire amount is paid except for the tourist tax.

This apartment operates with a virtual key. Please do not disconnect the router or the Akiles device. Once installed, if you disconnect it, you will not be able to enter the apartment. If we need to come and open the door for you for this reason between 7 p.m. and 11 a.m., we will charge you a €50 travel fee to open the door for you during your stay.
