• LIVING/DINNING SPACE:
The unit has a sitting and dinning area. It has two couches and a table big enough to utilize for both work or dinning purposes.
Furnished with a functional kitchen that includes: big refrigerator, electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave oven, cooking wares, induction stove, cooking pan, plates, utensils and glasses.
Equipped with High-Speed Internet Wi-Fi and Landline Telephone. Guests can enjoy unlimited phone calls to landlines within Metro Manila (Free of Charge)
The bedroom has two twin (1.5 size) beds and one sofa bed. Fresh new linens are installed for every guest to ensure cleanliness, good hygiene and quality sleep. It is equipped with split type air-conditioner and a flat screen television with cable. There's empty cabinets for your belongings and storage.
Bathroom essentials are provided such as towels, shampoo, tooth paste, bath soap and toilet paper. It is equipped with hair dryer, shower with hotwater, bidet and a flat iron.
Unit's door is made of alloy steel and is locked by a deadbolt. Security officers are on-duty 24/7 within the condominium property to ensure the safety of my guests. Also, a government peacekeeping detachment is located beside the building.
Serviced and Self-service Laundromat (Laundry Shop)/ BDO Bank/ Clinic/ 711/ Salon/ Computer Shop are all located at the ground floor of the condominium building. Two blocks away is Robinson's Mall Manila.
• 24-HOUR ACCESS/ CHECK-IN:
I can accommodate guests arriving too late, midnight etc. As mush as I can, I personally welcome my guests. However, If I cannot make it at midnight, the condominium reception is open 24 hours to receive my guests and to hand them the keys.
Lastly, the unit has balcony over-looking the Skyline of Makati business district.

The condominium building has a front-desk reception and information counter at the lobby. Guest can access the swimming pool and gym on the 4th floor - Free of charge.

• NO PARTIES ALLOWED - Guest will be subject for immediate eviction/ expulsion from the unit by the security officers.
• Please respect the unit, keep it clean and tidy. It is the guest's responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the unit. If the unit is found extremely dirty (such as glitters, confetti, heavy stains on linens/ towels/ pillows/ walls/ floor) which requires extensive cleaning or professional cleaning service, appropriate charges will be charged to the guest.
• Wild parties, noise, or any actions that could cause severe disturbance within the condominium community are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed except in the balcony as the unit is equipped with smoke detector and fire alarm.
• Switch off all the lights and appliances and water faucets when not in use.
• Take good care of everything. Don't inflict damage on the walls, linens, pillows, and appliances etc. Appropriate charges will apply for any damages and missing items.
• Dispose your trash properly, I installed garbage cans throughout the unit.
• Requests should be advised at least a day before. Keep in mind that this is not a hotel, our staffs are staying in different location.
• Treat the unit as your own home as I treat you as my valued guest.
From Dec 01, 2017 - Jan 01, 2018 the minimum stay is 2 nights.
