Elegant apartment of about 75 sqm, able to accommodate up to 6 people, located on the 2nd floor of a modern building with lift. The property is located in the heart of the historic center (Restricted Traffic Area), in via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the main streets of the city, a stone's throw from Piazza Pretoria and "Quattro Canti".
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 40 inch smart TV, armchair and dining table;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and flat-screen TV;

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
