A newly built modern farmhouse with rural views and only 8 minutes to the centre of Millthorpe village.

The space
Located only 8minutes from Millthorpe Village, 10 minutes to the airport & 20 minutes to the centre of Orange.

Shinglewood Cottage is a brand new build, designed to feature open-plan living and modern luxuries; all surrounded by rural views.

The huge 5 star kitchen - with its stunning marble, island bench and high end appliances - is the heart of the house and overlooks the dining room and lounge which flows onto a tiled alfresco area.

There is several peaceful outdoor areas to enjoy a coffee, read a book, or enjoy the rural views.

Dining room - extra large table to seat 10-12 people.

Laundry is fully functional with a washer and dryer to use at your convenience.

Bedroom configuration:
Bedroom 1: Spacious master bedroom with king bed.

Bedroom 2: Spacious bedroom with king bed

*Additional double sofa bed available for use if requested. Set up in lounge room.

Master bathroom has a bath with rural
Views and quality includes. All luxury linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

Please note the open fire place is non functional.

Other things to note
Shinglewood Cottage is not child friendly, however we will do our best to accomodate children.
We do ask if children stay to adhere to following rules;

- No eating on sofa or in any of the bedrooms
- children are not to be left unattended
- we ask that children please leave all books and styling items in place
- Furniture is not to be moved around house

Unfortunately due to the nature of finishes in the cottage there will be a $500.00 cleaning fee if rules are broken.

This fee applies to animals too. We have a strict no animal rule.

Special events i.e Weddings will accrue an additional cleaning fee of $250 due to the nature of the event.
Extra cleaning fees will be applicable if house and especially linen is marked with make up, tanning solutions etc.
