Discover the space brand-new 3-bedroom house in Queenstown. Nestled in the serene Queenstown Hill area, this modern home offers stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. It's a 5-minute drive to Queenstown Airport and the Five Mile Shopping Centre, and just 10 minutes drive to Queenstown CBD. For ski enthusiasts, the Remarkables and Coronet Ski Areas are only a 30-35 minute drive away. This home is ideal for those seeking a blend of comfort, convenience and stunning natural vistas.

The space
Each bedroom, equipped with an ensuite, promises a private and serene retreat for up to 6 guests. The top floor features two ensuite bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed, and the other with two king single beds. All of the bedrooms are equipped with spacious closets, providing plenty of room for luggage and clothing.

The tiled ensuite with underfloor heating always keeps warm. It features shower, toilet, vanity, heated towel rail, mirror, and heating fan. Shampoo, body wash, and hair dryer are provided.

The middle floor comprises another ensuite bedroom (one with a queen-sized bed), an open-plan kitchen, and dining area, a media room plus the laundry room. The fully equipped kitchen includes gas cook, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and all the essentials you will need to cook great meals during your stay.

Breakfast is not provided but coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and milk are available.

The dining area has an indoor gas fire, comfortable chaise lounge and coffee table facing the lakeview. The dining table can comfortably seat 6 people. There are also large doors leading out to the balcony from which you can enjoy the enchanting views of the Lake Wakatipu and Remarkables mountain range.

The separate media room has a 65” flatscreen smart TV with comfortable couch and coffee table. Unlimited Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house. The gas fireplace and air-conditioning always keep the house warm and cozy.

The washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room. Also drying rack, Iron and Iron board are supplied. 1 carpark is allowed and ample off-street parking is available.

We can provide baby cots if you need for the small fee of $30 NZD for the duration of your stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need before you arrive.

This house is ideal for families or groups seeking an unforgettable stay in a picturesque setting.

Guest access is by a lock code front door. You will receive the passcode, directions, and check-in information before arrival. This is a three-story house You can access the top and the middle-floor area only, by using the internal stairs. The bottom is locked and has not been access.
