Other things to note
There is a fat cat called Pinot with tons of personality on the premise, sometimes a bit grumpy so pet him at discretion.

The stuido feels very much in "the country" located within the natural habitat of a number of wildlife, so it's very common to see wallabies, pademelons, and the occassional echidna's grazing in the landscape around the studio.

We’re also very lucky to be surrounded by an abundance of birdlife here, and you may spot wedge-tailed eagles, kookaburras and black cockatoos. It’s one of the lovely little things about here — you never quite know what wildlife you might see!

We are located right opposite to Tamar Island Wetland Center, a nice 5km stroll to the islands are our favourite pastime on a nice day. There are bird hide with seatings where you can observe wetland birds on the lagoon and enjoy a restful break. There is also BBQ and picnic facility there. Scenery there change with season, but always stunning!!!

There are 2 shopping centers within 5 mins drive in either direction, and each has a bistro style pub nearby for a quick bite.

And we are only a 10-15 mins easy drive to famous Cataract Gorge and Launceston CBD with all its fantastic historic and modern visitor offerings.
