In our cosy little house you find a beautiful and quiet place to stay for up to 2 persons in winter time. It's situated on a hill with an amazing view overlooking the "Wienerwald" and it feels like being in the countryside although still in Vienna.
We live in a special little house up on a hill at the western outskirts of vienna, looking over the surrounding neighbourhoods and the 'Wiener Wald' (forest as far as the eyes can see) and rolling hills, in a neighbourhood that feels much more like countryside than city and with a beautiful view of the sunset. The forest is just 5 mins away if you'd like to go for a walk.
As none of us will be at home during your stay, you will have the space to yourself.
The bathroom and kitchen and space outside (terrace next to and below the house) are also there for you to use.
You can have a camp fire in the fire bowl at the lower terrace if you like.
The garden-area is 200sm and contains flower and vegetable beds as well as two terracces to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. We are happy if you feel like gardening ;-)
The living area (48qm) is divided into 2 bed-rooms, 1 living-room, kitchen, bath-room with WC and shower and small entry hall. A shed to keep pellets and garden-tools is also available.
From the living-room you have a wonderful view over the Viennese hills, homes and sunsets.
Interaction with guests
I will be available and respond to Emails as soon as I can if needed.
It's important for us to be considerate of our neighbours, so we ask to not play loud music or be very noisy outside after 10 pm, so that the neighbours can keep their peace and harmony.
- We don't smoke, so please smoke outside if you have the urgent need.
- no pets
- and please leave the space as you found it after you stay

I love to live in Vienna and most of the rest of the world. Gardening, Travelling, Contact Improvisation, Music and Art became less important, since my little daughter Rose landed in my life in October 15.
I love beauty and create as often as possible beautiful environments around me and the people I live with. Time in nature, forest and cold rivers deeply nourish my soul and whisper a little glimpse of wisdom in my ears whenever I find time to listen.
I am married with the love of my life and fill my professional days with communication trainings, florestry and arts.
