The space
Welcome to my home and retreat space on the peaceful Cabarita canal - the perfect spot to reconnect with nature. Enjoy tranquil gardens, water views, and the relaxed charm of Cabarita’s award-winning beach and friendly village, just a 10-minute walk away. The headland is magical at sunrise, moonrise, or sunset.

Your private room is cozy and comfortable, with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and ceiling fan. You’re welcome to enjoy the rest of the home - lounge with water views, outdoor patio with hammocks, BBQ, garden, outdoor shower, and canal access with kayaks (lifejackets provided). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including fridges, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. You also have access to the yoga room and props (outside class times).

Feel free to play music, read from our library, or simply unwind in the hammock. With great cafés and restaurants nearby, you’ll have everything you need for a nourishing stay.

As a qualified Exercise Physiologist and holistic health practitioner, I also offer yoga classes, acupuncture, ZenThai Shiatsu massage, and complete health assessments. Bookings available via email through Cabarita Beach Yoga.

If I’m away, you’re welcome to use the yoga space and props with care. I understand that sometimes you might just want quiet time to unwind, and other times you might enjoy a chat or a little pampering.

During your stay
I am always just a phone call or text message away so please don’t hesitate to give me a bell at any time. I usually turn my phone off from around 8.30 pm till 6.30 am.

I am a fully Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Chinese medicine practitioner (acupuncture) & health coach covered by health funds. Restore onsite Yoga/Acupuncture, Reiki, Sound Healing or Zen Thai Shiatsu massage.
