I welcome you to stay at my unique place, offering you all the convience for an unforgettable Amsterdam city trip:

- Breakfast included.
- Comfort. Central heating, double glass etc. which makes it also comfortable to stay during winter.

Enjoy the tranquility, passing ships and the city skyline. In less than two minutes the free ferry (24/7) takes you in the center of Amsterdam! Walk straight to the Jordan with cozy cafes, restaurants, shops and special markets, the Nieuwmarkt or stroll along the famous Amsterdam canals. Or take the tram that takes you within five stops to all major museums like Van Gogh Museum, Stedelijk Museum Rijksmuseum, Anne Frank house, Hermitage etc. But directly at my boat there are also plenty of things to do: from the 19th century lock you can walk to the architecturally striking Eye Film Institute (four cinema's, restaurant and bar, the Tolhuis park with music programming during Summer and soon a hotel with revolving restaurant transformed as former Shell Tower. The houseboat is spacious and bright and has a modern bathroom. The garden of 350 m2 offers complete privacy. Enjoy some time in the comfortable loungers in the sun. You'll stay in a large bedroom (approximately 6 x 2,5m2). In addition, there is a separate open room with a table and chairs, tv, free wifi and the bathroom. The bedroom view offer the sight on some houseboats and sailingboats surrounded by trees. The bathroom is shared with the me but don't worry; you only might see me there in the morning. The accomodation is for rent for at least two nights, breakfast is included. Do you want to know more about special and undiscovered places, nice cafes and good and cozy restaurants both in town and in this emerging district? Just ask. For other questions you can also contact me. I look forward to receiving you at our special location!

Words do not do justice to this little gem. The canal boat is in such a great location, we loved riding bikes onto the ferry into town and exploring the canals. Amsterdam is a very easy place to get around. Reinhart's canal boat is a wonderful experience, peaceful, quiet and tranquil. We stayed 3 nights and would have loved to stay much longer. Well set out and very comfortable.

Staying on Reinhardt's houseboat was one of the highlights of our trip to Europe. It is situated in a very convenient location only 5 minutes walk to the free ferry. But the location is very secluded and quiet. The room is very comfortable and clean with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very nice also. The breakfast spread that Reinhardt left for us each day was delicious. Reinhardt was a very welcoming host and was very helpful with recommendations and information. We would love to come back , if we get back to Amsterdam again.

Reinhart's place is a couple of mins walk from the free ferry to centraal station which runs every 12 mins. You're then in the heart of the city within minutes, but staying in a nice quiet local area. Way better than the touristy hotels we saw on the main part! Breakfast was delicious and Reinhart was very friendly and approachable, but gave us our space too. Highly recommended

Very enjoyable stay. It was nice to stay away from the masses of all the hotels but still be really close to everything. This place is in north Amsterdam so Catching the ferry to and from was a bit of a novelty. Big breakfast spread from our host each morning meant we started the day full. The houseboat is in a quiet little place but has a great view back to central station. Reinhart was a friendly and hospitable host and would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and hospitable. Lovely breakfast to wake up to every morning. Location is very central - a quick ferry ride and you're right at Amsterdam Centraal. In the up-and-coming area on the Northside. Highly recommend!

I loved Reinhart's boathouse, it was away from the noise and yet east to get to the city.

We had a great time on Rein's houseboat. The room is large and very clean as is the bathroom. The houseboat is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet very quick to get to central station by the free ferry. Rein was a fantastic host and made us feel more than welcome in his home. Highly recommended
