The space

The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for an easy holiday stay, while the adjoining dining space enjoys a stunning outlook across the waterways.

The main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ample storage and a private en-suite with walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers a choice to configure to either king bed or 2 long singles with easy access to the main bathroom with a full-size bathtub and separate shower.

Step outside to the north-east facing balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee, ocean sunrises or relaxing with the afternoon sea breeze rolling through the apartment.

A convenient internal laundry with washer and dryer, laundry detergent is supplied.

The apartment includes a secure, designated parking space in basement carpark.

Guests have full access to the newly renovated outdoor pool, tennis court & BBQ area, indoor heated pool, spa, sauna and gym.

The apartment is directly opposite the Northcliffe Surf Life Saving Club and its year-round patrolled beach, and the Gold Coast Oceanway — a shared path for walking, cycling and wheeling from Broadbeach to The Spit.

It is also just 100mtrs the light rail offering easy access to Cavill Avenue (if you don’t want to do the 10min walk), Broadbeach dining and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

You have the run of the entire apartment, except for some locked storage cupboards. Aside from common areas you share amenities such as the outdoor pool, tennis court and BBQ recreation area as well as our indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym room.

Other things to note
The Gold Coast is a thriving, fast-growing city, and with that comes some ongoing construction and precinct upgrades around Surfers Paradise.

This may occasionally result in daytime noise or small changes to local roads and footpaths, as the area continues to evolve into an even more vibrant beachside precinct.
