Dear Anders, Thank you for your review even it doesn't correspond to the true. When you make a booking for 8 persons you cannot get apartments for 16. In my first email to you after you've made a booking on the 14th of December it was clearly written how many units you will get. Unfortunately I cannot post a screen shot with the message here. That was a month before your arrival. The airbnb support also told you that you are not right and you were offered to cancel the booking without any penalty. The true is that you tried to cheat when you made a booking for 8 persons and expected to accommodate 16. Isn't this a cheat in Denmark? My advice is next time when you want to accommodate 16 people don't book for 8 to save money. The price is very low anyway. All the best, Vassil
