Situated on the corner of a quiet street location.
Please note you are situated approx 20 minute drive from the Mildura township as you will be situated in the suburb of Redcliffs.
Be delighted when you arrive to a cute native cottage garden.
Upon entry you are welcomed with a large spacious lounge area with 65 inch smart TV plus an extra rumpus room with a tv and toys for the kids to enjoy!
The property provides 3 spacious bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV to wall, ceiling fan, spilt system, large walk-in robe, ensuite with toilet.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air con duct, wardrobe
Bedroom 3: Double bed, fan, air con vent
Spacious dining area with 8-seater table, spilt system and ceiling fan.
Well-appointed kitchen, with electric cooking, dishwasher and wall oven for your convivence of cooking at home.
Outside offers large enclosed yard that has side access for a car and side gates that open for access to the yard ideal for boats and trailers. A 6 seater outdoor table plus
