A. You will not be charged at the time of booking. If you break or lose anything in my room during your stay, you will be charged up to the deposit amount.

A. No one except the guest is allowed to enter. The reason is that it is an accommodation like a hotel, so if it is discovered that someone other than the guest has entered the room, it may be violated the law and the administration may point out and it is possible to have the operations suspended. Q. Is it possible to restock the room amenities and daily use items?
A. I do not restock the room amenities and daily use items during your stay.

Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
A. You can leave your luggage before check-in after 11:00am.
Q. Is late check-out possible?
A. Late check-out is not available. Cleaning needs to be arranged for the next customer.
There is a coin locker around the station for luggage, so please use that.

A. This accommodation is licensed by Japanese government. Under the law, you must fill out the information form for all the guests.

Q. Will I get a refund if I change the number of guests from my reservation prior to checking in?
A. If you have more than 5 days before check-in, you will get a refund, but if you have less than 5 days before check-in, according the cancellation policy there will be no refund. Thank you for understanding.
Q.If I want to shorten the stay after making the reservation,will I get a refund?
A.If you shorten your stay more than 5 days before the check-in date, you will receive a refund due to a reservation change, but if less than 5 days, according to the canellation policy, there will be no refund and the reservation could not be changed either.
