This newly renovated and stylish home features four bedrooms (sleeps 9 plus cot). The home is an entertainer's delight, with a fully equipped kitchen, two outdoor entertaining spaces and a picturesque garden to enjoy. Located a 17-minute walk to Queens Park, 2kms (3 mins drive) to the CBD, 8 mins drive to Gabbinbar, and TGS & the hospital a stone's throw away. The home also features all the modern comforts, including comfy beds, split-system units and ceiling fans within all bedrooms and WiFi.

The space
A tastefully decorated and sundrenched 1920s-character home, with four-bedrooms and two-bathrooms, on a fully fenced block in a quiet street. Whether visiting Toowoomba for a holiday, wedding, for business or for school or hospital commitments, Lou Lou is the perfect home to meet your comfort, convenience and central location requirements.

This charming traditional period home features all the modern comforts, including comfy beds, split-system heating/air-conditioning and ceiling fans within all four bedrooms, and split-system heating/air-conditioning in the lounge room.

The kitchen and dining areas open to a huge north-facing back deck (with modern and comfortable lounge furniture and ceiling fan) overlooking a private hedge-lined garden, which includes a trampoline and firepit. The separate lounge room offers a further space to relax and is again connected to another outdoor entertaining area (with Weber BBQ, festoon lighting and an outdoor dining table accommodating 8 people).

The spacious and fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, 900mm gas oven and cooktop, microwave and walk-in pantry (with staples). Large laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing-board (no dryer, however there is a clothesline and clotheshorse). Main bathroom with separate shower and freestanding bath (ideal for kids).

Families - The home includes a cot, highchair, change mat, games, books and toys. There is a large trampoline in the backyard and the yard is fully fenced.

Guest access
The entire home is yours to enjoy.
Two storage cupboard (within the laundry) are locked for the use of the homeowners.

We do not supply linen for the port-a-cot.

Strictly no smoking indoors OR outdoors. Fees will apply, as listed within the House Rules.

A late check-out fee will be applied if check out occurs past 10am, without prior approval from the host (prior to the day of check-out). Fee details are listed under House Rules.

There is an internal step into the lounge room, that may be difficult to detect for some (the floorboards from the upper level blend into those on the lower level).
