This prime waterfront property is located in the heart of Coles Bay. Experience uninterupted panoramic views of the iconic 'The Hazards' mountain range from the open plan living area and deck. Conveniently located only a 2 minute walk to your local coffee shops, icecreamery, supermarket, restaurants, beaches and only a 1 minute stroll to the Wine Glass Bay Cruise departure wharf.
Positioned on the doorstep of the Freycinet National Park and the famous Wine Glass Bay walk.

The space
The Moorings has 3 large spacious bedrooms.

You can choose a bed configuration of either:
3 x King Beds
OR
2 x King Beds and 2 x Single Beds.

The Master Bedroom has a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom and built in robe, tv, airconditioning and heating and separate private deck with water views.

There is an aditional separate toilet and bathroom/shower to cater for additional guests.

There are panel heaters in every room as well as an electric log fire in the lounge/living room so the house is very cosy, especially in the colder months.

There is a television in every room, free wi-fi internet throughout and laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer, iron etc.

The stylish kitchen has all the modern facilities and there is a large dining table and chairs. There are also outdoor bbq facilitites.
