Easy access to both the City, Entertainment Centre and Glenelg from the tram stop a couple of hundred metres away. Shopping centre just across the road and just 5km from the Airport.

Recently renovated homette with street frontage in a small group of 4 with off-street parking! Coles supermarket, speciality shops, restaurants and other facilities at the end of the street. Short walk to the tram stop to travel to the city or Glenelg.

Interaction with guests

This property is co-hosted by Emily from Let Smart property management services. We have little personal interaction with guests after they are booked in, however we are hardly ever far away and available everyday by phone should guests have any queries during their stay.

Key Access is on site, so you never have to be stuck waiting for someone to let you in, but if you do have any issues at all, we are available between 8am-11pm via phone for any emergencies that may arise.

Our goal is provide you with a unique, comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay. If there is something we can do to help you make the most of your time here, please let us know.

(a) Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm-8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy.
(b) Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond; and
(c) Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact on the residential amenity of neighbours and the local community.
(d) Guests must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. With the exception of reasonable departure cleaning, the guest agrees they are liable to be charged for any excessive cleaning (if required) including the cleaning of excessive dirty dishes, or for any unreasonable damage incurred during their stay.
(e) Please take note that the property must be vacated by 10am in order to avoid any additional charges. If you overstay your 10am check-out (without prior approval), our cleaners will be waiting for you to leave, and as they are paid by the hour, guests checking out late will be liable for the cleaner’s time.
(f) Smoking is not permitted in the property. If guests smoke in the property, you authorise us to recover from you, $100 to apply towards having the furnishings and carpets deodorised.
(g) This property comes with 1 set of keys. In the event, guests return the property to us without the above, they agree to pay $230 to cover key / lock replacement.

The homette was close to all amenities and on a quiet street. It was clean and tidy upon arrival. The kitchen was very small ( no oven) with very limited bench space for preparing food and dining. Powerpoints throughout the place were very limited. It was very nice to have a quiet a/c in the bedroom and a ceiling heat lamp in the bathroom ( especially because it was mid winter). A few extra touches ( bedside lamps, larger dining table, bigger settee) would make this place much more homely. It was disappointing to find the laundry unavailable for use.

If you are looking for a cheap stay this small place is adequate. Close to shops and central to the city and the Bay.

The host is a good fella. But the place is rough. Needs some love. Furnishings cheap and ordinary. Bedding not good for winter. No spare blankets. Bathroom/shower - rough. Sofa/chairs - not friendly. Heating playing up. A window blind fell off. The least pleasant of all my AirBnB experiences - for this fee. Could be okay with more effort.
