Great respect to the neighbourhood is required. Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise and loud music is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of rental. The house is completely unsuitable for loud music (sound travels downhill) and local residents have no hesitation in calling the police at any time of day/evening which results in police fines of $360 being issued.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated in the Airbnb reservation. Fees of $70 per person per night will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

The BBQ should be brushed down and stowed under its cover. Excess rubbish should be bagged and placed in the large bins outside.

Would highly recommend Samantha's place to anyone travelling to the McLaren Vale, particularly a couple. Stunning views and excellent location! Could not have asked for better accommodation, and the communication with Samantha beforehand was extremely helpful!

Above and beyond our expectations! A beautiful open plan design, with plenty of nooks for privacy when necessary. The location is stunning - beautiful views of sunrise and sunset, even from inside the studio! Samantha was very accomodating, and also respected our privacy. A real gem - I'll be back!

Beautiful home with lovely touches like a bottle of wine on arrival. We were very comfortable here in the vineyards thanks to Samantha. The airbnb was very close to the family home but we had no issues with privacy during our stay.

Samantha’s Studio has a funky feel and we really loved the fact that it really was so close to all the wineries we wanted to visit. Pretty views too! Would definitely recommend.

Nice quiet location! We really felt like we were in outback Aus which was very tranquil. The place was one big open studio which was a different and unique experience!

Great location only a short distance from the main town centre and close to fantastic wineries. Samantha also provided several local recommendations of places to visit and eat, which were incredibly helpful. The views from the studio were beautiful, it was fantastic watching the sunset from the verandah area. The studio was also clean, and had a great vibe. Will definitely be coming back sometime soon!

My husband, two babes and I have moved from intercity Melbourne to the lush pastures of McLaren Vale for a change of lifestyle for our family. Here we have spectacular beaches, are surrounded by vineyards and have space, so much space. But that doesn't mean that we don't like city life anymore, so we are primarily signing up to airbnb for when we return to Melbourne to catch up with family and friends while trying new restaurant and seeing shows and exhibitons.

Five things that I miss about Melbourne:
Swimming at MSAC
Shopping at Gerwerzhaus
Taking the children to ArtPlay
Easily buying excellent Pho
Being able to walk everywhere

Five reasons I love our new home:
The spectacular views
The friendly nature of a small town community
Hearing our babes squeal as they run and play around the farm
Being spoilt with so many choices of beautiful beaches to walk on
Being able to sit outside at night and look at the stars in complete darkness

Life is short. Enjoy very minute.
