The home has been lovingly renovated and features a brand new bathroom & kitchen with designer tapwear, a fabulous pool room with Morris & co wallpaper & Super fast Starlink Wi-Fi and private orchard.

Located on the Hamilton highway 8 minutes from Penshurst, 15 minutes from Hamilton, and 25 minutes from Dunkeld the house is an ideal stopover between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians or for a quiet getaway.

The space
Large 3 bedroom homestead with 4 split system air conditioners, brand new kitchen & bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped & designed for enternatining large families.

Featuring a covered verandah, private orchard, and front and backyards ideal for large family get-togethers, friends catching up and families with kids.

There is a working sheep farm behind the property which is fenced off. No access is permitted and you may hear the occosional farm noises during the day.

Guest have full access to the house and garden.

No access permitted to the farm outside the house and orchard fences.

Other things to note
Pet Friendly - yard fenced but not fully secured. Please have dogs on a leash whilst outside.
