It is close to Hualien Creative & Cultural Park and there are 2 department stores close by in the area, Far Eastern Department store and Mecuries Department Store. There are many restaurants in the area too, hence you will have lots of variety as dining options. There is a convenience store right at the junction of Zhongzheng road and Zhongfu Road, hence it is convenient if you will need to get some basic necessities.

There are a couple of banks in the area too, such as Taishin International Bank, Bank of Taiwan and Mega International Commercial Bank.

Along Zhongzheng Road, there are quite a number of bus lines you can take if you are looking for public transportation. The Hualien railway station is about 13 mins drive from this apartment.
