The house is located in a small "impasse" which makes it very peaceful retreat. In the southern courtyard you can indulge in some relaxation in a lounger or diner just below one of the trees, after a day out in the beautiful but noisy Paris.

- the flea market of Saint-Ouen which is one of the most important areas of antique dealers and secondhand goods dealers of the world (opened every Saturday, Sunday and Monday). You will be able to get there by foot (10mins), bicycle (5mins) as well as by bus (line N°255).
In case you're hungry by the late afternoon you could also have your dinner in "Ma cocotte", the latest Philippe Stark designed restaurant near Marché de la Serpette - inside the fleat market, or 2 steps away the Mob Hotel just opened in May 2017.
