Located among the spectacular mountains of the Axarquía district between Riogordo and Comares, it's close to Malaga Airport (45 mins) and the coast (35 mins).

Secluded in a valley just above a stream, rustic and rural, a great place to get away from it all ,ideal for families,groups or couples. Set in an olive grove of about an acre,with various terraces leading down to a stream at the bottom ( dry in summer) Fenced off private pool 9x5 (approx) with solar heating and bar area and table tennis outside the house. The beach at Torre del Mar is 50 minutes away, along with large supermarkets at Velez-Malaga. The village of Comares is 10 minutes away .

The small house in the square

I like to describe our house as the smallest house in Comares in the most beautiful square in Comares (Plaza de los Verdiales). Imagine sitting on its terrace looking at the image of a unique, beautiful and well-kept town square. A simple village house, with personality, decorated to make you feel comfortable and happy. It is divided into three floors (note, there is no elevator in a traditional village house) the last is a roof terrace where you can see the mountains beyond the village.

Casita de Colina La Casita de Colina is a spacious and private cottage situated in the heart of the Axarquia boasting spectacular views of the Sierra Almijaras mountains. The south facing terrace offers all day sun and relaxation. In this tranquil and idyllic spot, one can feel on on top of the world. Our casita is located 15 minutes (7km) from the white washed village of Colmenar and 45 minutes from Malaga airport. Nearest beach is 30min drive away at Torre del Mar.

This fantastic cottage is located near the beaches of Pedregalejo. The cottage is completely renovated and fully equipped! Enjoy the beautiful garden and park in front of the door. The beautiful and atmospheric house has two floors and a spacious garden. On the ground floor there is a toilet, kitchen and living room. On the first floor are two bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a spacious balcony. Equipment for children is also available in the house.
