haaziko, the forest edge cabin in the Danube bend

The haaziko lodge is located by the forest at the Pilis mountains in a relaxed and peaceful environment. It can be reached from Budapest in an hour. We recommend the haaziko experience to the ones who like to spend time in the nature and want to listen to birds singing in the morning. Our lodge is ready to welcome it's first guest from May 2022 onwards. The lodge has an 80 square meter terrace where you can enjoy the view and the sun or take a sneak peak to the squirrels jumping between trees.

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

A garden chalet in Nagymaros, near the forest and marked hiking trails and bike paths. It is located in a calm environment, 12 minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes from the Danube shore and forest. Autóval könnyen megközelíthető. Sweet chalet with a garden, located in Nagymaros, near to the forest and cycle road in a calm & quiet area, still 1.2 km from the trainstation and centrum of the village and 10 minutes (by feet) from the Danube. The house is easily accessible by car.

If you crave escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life, come stay in our cottage in the heart of nature in the picturesque Wynia. In our place, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding Štiavnica hills, the stone sea ,romantic moments on the terrace for two, or relax in our bathtub . In the summer, you can stroll along forest paths, breathe fresh air, and smell nature. In winter, you can warm up by the fireplace and watch your favorite movie on Netflix.

If you love nature and a garden full of indigenous vegetation and wildlife, this is the place to be! The terrace has a fantastic view of Visegrad Castle and the Danube bend. Since my guesthouse is the main role of the tranquility and nature, there is no TV, no wifi. The chalet has a cottage bedroom, stove, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. Coffee maker, microwave, kettle, induction hob, fridge with small freezer compartment. Unique bathroom with shower.

Chestnut, guesthouse in the Danube Bend

Chestnut guesthouse is a fully renovated A-frame cabin in the town of Nagymaros, only a few minutes away from the forest. With its breath-taking panorama, outdoor fireplace big garden and calm atmosphere it provides a good opportunity to relax and slow down a bit. Air conditioning (and electric panels in the winter) heat and cool the cabin so it we are open all year. The cabin can host 4 people, any pets are also welcomed.

Our Danube bend cabin is the perfect place to escape from all that big city hustle and bustle. You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit. Well-known Hungarian architect Tamas Nagy designed and built this house in the last years of his life. The 100 sq m house has 4 terraces, 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Guests can experience the architect's concept of space – a precise combination of design, sunlight, and silence. The enormous glass surfaces allow you to be truly immersed in nature while enjoying an amazing view of the hills of Zebegény.
