We were family of 4 , we did had very nice time , I would like to appreciate Barney and Catrine , the apartments is really comfortable ,we could enjoy the SPA , swimming pool , was perfect after skiing all day is near to all and has all you need , I would definitely recommend it !

Dire que nous avons été enchanté n’est pas assez fort. Le logement est situé dans une résidence privée, lounge commun en rez-de-chaussée, laverie, toilettes, sauna (fermé à cette période) local à ski (pour l’hiver), double ascenseur spacieux, couloirs larges et silencieux. L’appartement est idéalement situé en coin avec deux belles porte fenêtres donnant sur une grande terrasse chacune avec vue sur la vallée et les montagnes et vue sur la chaîne du Mont-Blanc pour l’autre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, plaque vitro céramique neuve, lave linge et lave vaisselle, un excellent micro-onde et un grand frigo avec compartiment congélateur. Les chambres sont très bien et fonctionnelles, WC et salle de bains séparés. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la télécabine, et quelques minutes à pied du centre de Saint-Gervais. The apartment is great, just like the photos. Plenty of storage space, very comfortable. The location is super, I could walk every where I wanted to go. Thomas and Isak were very responsive and quick to answer my question/needs. I would definitely stay at their place again.

Christine’s place is amazing and she is a very kind host. Spotless, clean apartment, 5 star quality linen, towels and extremely comfy beds. Can’t praise the place and the host enough. Has all the works. Bluetooth audio connectivity to listen to your music, Baleno therapy tub, amazing views from the apartment, ski lockers on the ground floor of the building. Ski in ski out. In the sources de Marie building but this particular apartment is more beautifully done up than others in the same building. Welcome amenities include a bottle of wine, champagne, juice, coffee pods, teas, jams. You will find more than you would need in the apartment. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Direct access from the parking lot through the lift to the apartment. Free access to outdoor pool. Paid access to deep nature spa which is located within the building. Very nice balcony looking out to the mountains and the ski runs. Bathrobes for kids in their sizes was very thoughtful. Our kids didn’t want to leave.

The place was perfect. Great location—we only had a short walk to the gondola (easy even in ski boots), a patisserie and pizza place across the street, a small market for groceries a 10 minute walk away and a plenty of restaurants in St Gervais about a 10 minute walk away. Francois was an excellent host and helped with any questions we had. It was a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. It's in the middle of Annecy’s Old Town, and the building has a lot of history. Sylvie was very friendly and replied to our questions quickly. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. One small thing future guests might want to know. All of the windows are fitted with a rain-sensor safety system that closes them automatically whenever it starts to rain. The safety feature works well, but it can get a bit stuffy at times. Especially at night, when the windows shut on their own and need to be reopened manually. It didn’t affect our overall experience, just something to keep in mind. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here!
