I was attended by a girl named Mariana, very helpful at all times, she answered all my questions. Regarding the place, it is a small room that is seen in the photo, the bed and the closet is a little old but for the price they fulfill their function and as mentioned in other descriptions, the room is attached to the kitchen, and although it is small and all the noises are heard, I had no problem with the other guests, so the bathroom was kept clean

Our stay at this house was truly enjoyable! The location was ideal, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and bars, making it easy to experience the local food scene. As a group of four, we loved having our own beds—it made resting after a long day even better. The patio quickly became our favorite spot to unwind, offering a great way to relax after exploring. For travelers seeking a centrally located home with ample space for groups of four or more, this is a great choice. While there is construction across the street, it wasn’t disruptive since we were out for most of the day. The neighborhood itself was peaceful and felt very safe for walking, and having small grocery stores just a short stroll away made picking up essentials super convenient. Overall, this place made our trip special, and we highly recommend it!

Our stay was awesome! I love the home layout as each bedroom along with its full bathroom were on their own level. The kitchen and living room areas were wonderful and the furniture made it feel special. The host, Santiago, was very responsive and extremely accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed our stay and it is a place we would love to come back and stay at again!

The location of this spot is very convenient with restaurants and panderia within walking distance. I loved that the place was fully stocked on everything I of course bring my own travel supplies but if you like to pack lightly that is not problem if you choose to stay here since they have all the toiletries already. only suggestion for future guess: 1. place is kind of hidden/ not easy to locate for the first time so it is best to meet host at the corner store (oxxo) seconds away from the place. Or perhaps host can post picture of their door from the street. 2. make sure to practice turning on the shower water while the host is still there just to make sure you understand how

Great place better than the photos. Only negative thing is that it’s ver noisy. It’s by a very busy road so lots of traffic at all hours so if you are a light sleeper or you like a quiet place to go to sleep you’ll find it hard. I had a great stay and it’s almost like a hotel. Got lots of places to eat and shop close by and supermarkets. They reply very quickly when you write asking them questions. Would definitely stay again here.

We absolutely loved our stay. We actually left another Airbnb that had some issues. We were traveling with our toddler and they assisted us with an easy transition, same day booking, and early check in. The property is very clean. We loved all of the windows and the balcony. Great views from the balcony, it does get a little loud with the street below but we resolved that with some ear plugs from the 24hr high end grocery store across the street. Water stayed hot. They offer free washer and dryers and provided soap which was a great bonus. Plenty of food options and parks nearby. Loved the soap choices in the shower and the window in the shower was also great. Mexico City always feels safe but having the 24hr security guard is an extra step of service that’s always welcomed. Thank you so much we look forward to returning.

Great space and location, excellent amenities and services. Would highly recommend. Can be a bit loud as the room is on ground floor and lobby adjacent, but wouldn't stop me from staying again as I'm used to city noises.

Perfect place to stay!

I had a good experience in this apartment. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the quality and care in every detail of the place. The apartment was impeccable, perfectly equipped and very well decorated, which made you feel at home from the first minute. What really stood out was the comfort of the bed, I had never slept so well in a place other than my home! The sheets are of excellent quality and the mattress is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable and high quality stay. I hope that the next time I return to Mexico City this apartment will be available. Thanks to Arturo and his team for such a positive experience, they were always looking out for us and communication was very fast!

We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb in Polanco! I visited with my parents, and the apartment was perfect for the three of us—clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The space felt cozy and safe, with all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Location 10/10 close to the main tourist attractions, very quiet area and building guarded all day by guard, the place is super comfortable, as well as the beds, in conclusion very nice place , we loved it, to return to Mexico I would definitely choose the same place

Book Isra's Airbnb to attend a GNP Stadium concert. A 15 minutes walk you can reach the metro station puebla and bajarte en cd sportiva which leaves you next to gate 6 of the GNP stadium; I consider it a very good option for events in the GNP stadium. The area is safe to walk at any time. As for what the Airbnb offers, it is a very good option as well as the building where it is located.

I can’t fault the place, it was clean and tidy upon arrival exactly as described and easy to check in. Location is great, walkable and quiet. Host is responsive and friendly when helping with requests. The place has everything you need including metro cards.
