High tide is a beautiful ocean view home with beach access (less than a 5 minute walk) and about a 5 minute drive of Sandals Emerald Bay public beach access. Quick 10 minute drive from the airport. Enjoy the sunrise from the front patio. We also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, some snorkel gear, volleyball, frisbee, board games, and books for your enjoyment. Back patio has tables and chairs. Additional chairs are available to pull on to the front patio.

We're situated on a 2 miles stretch off while sandy beach just adjacent to Mt Thompson road on Great Exuma, great for snorkeling, swimming.... All the rooms have bath, AC, free wifi and accès to the bbq and the outdoor kitchen on the deck. 10 min away from the airport (GGT), Walking to restaurant and church, 5 minute away from gas station and grocery store. George town, the main city is about 15 minute drive.

The area is quite peaceful and quiet and its 3 mins from the beautiful turquoise white sanded beach surrounded by international resort and local restaurants etc, the big D's conch spot , Eva's place and the light house ice cream parlor. peacock villa welcome all visitors to it's shores . upon arrival there is complimentary drinks and free wi-fi. The home consists of 2 units 1 upstairs & 1 downstairs, both consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets listening to the waves from the balcony located on a private sandy beach which is several miles long. We are 5 minutes away from the airport. This unit is located upstairs.
