You will have this space only for you. Sandy beach is in around 7 min walking distance, local grocery store 3 min. You are able to use the garden and barbecue place, swings and sand box. You will be the only guests, owner using 2nd floor rarely. !Pets are not allowed!

Rojas Rodes is a standalone holiday cottage with all the amenities and separate entrance. It is intended for one or two guests. Guests are welcome to stay with us all year round. For special comfort during colder weather premises have adjustable underfloor heating. Cottage (26 m2) has a bedroom with seating area, kitchen, bathroom and separate lavatory. Apartments in Kaltene, across the road from Kaltene stony beach (one has to cross the road to access the beach; the property is not located on the beach). One bedroom with king size bed and one bedroom with twin beds, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace. Territory has a place for BBQ (grill), a pond for swimming and wooden hot tub. Roja city with shops and gas station is 3 km from the place.

Single room apartment, Brāļtīrumi

Singl- room apartment will feel comfortable two adults or a family with a baby. It is located on the second floor of the building. Apartment away only a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach over the Baltic Sea. You have one bedroom and a separate kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has hairdryer and if necessary, the laundry can be washed in the washing machine.
