In the heart of the historic center, in the Piazza that houses the MAXXI Museum, the newly renovated apartment is located inside a historic building and is spread over an internal courtyard on two floors. The 1st floor consists of two large double bedrooms, with painted ceilings, separated by a connecting door, two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, a living room with TV and a hallway with a third room with a single bed. Downstairs there is kitchen, dining area, laundry and 3rd bathroom.

Great apartment! Very comfortable and spacious. Nice touch to leave water and a soda in the fridge. Very clean! I repeat - very clean!! Great central location. Has great amenities. Air con and heat worked well. Please know, it’s a third floor walk-up, no elevator. I was very comfortable here and would highly recommend, but would like to point out the following: towels were terrible and non absorbent. Shower is small. I didn’t see a clothes drying rack but also I didn’t ask about it. Needed more clothes hangers. As to be expected, you will have noise as you are right on the main piazza. Bed not the most comfortable, just ok. These things did not deter me from enjoying my stay. I really enjoyed this clean and spacious apartment in a great location in the main square in L’Aquila.

We spent two nights in this beautiful cottage, far from the chaos; the welcome was impeccable, the lady was super kind and very nice. In addition to the beautiful atmosphere, the highlight was the barbecue. We left a piece of our heart here, and we hope to have the chance to return ♥️

There were 3 of us at the VVF oath and it was really a touch and escape of less than 24 hours but the place is so perfect, as spaces, location and hosts that I would recommend it for any longer stay! Alessandro is super available in any way, the house is very spacious in a very nice and super comfy private building!
