The place is calm and cozy, both close to nature surroundings and Devin center. The space itself is clean, modern, and really well set up. The kitchen is fully stocked and there’s a nice living room area with beautiful sunlight in morning. The hosts are amazing—super welcoming and helpful with everything I needed.

Хозяева Юрий и его жена очень отзывчивые люди, во время нашего присутствия там, они создали домашнюю обстановку и сделали наше пребывание очень комфортным. Оба были отзывчивыми, приготовили нам вкусную местную еду, так как по близости нет никаких заведений, все было очень вкусно. Так же они позаботились о номере, все было идеально чисто, белье было очень свежим. Рекомендую это место для спокойного, размеренного отдыха. Уверенна, что любителям это место обязательно понравится.

Kim owns it, her mother-in-law Virginia lives in a separate house next door and is very welcoming. The location is beautiful. As someone else has said, the beds are super comfy. Linens were fresh and felt new, like great hotel linens. Plenty of space to spread out on the comfortable patio. Opportunity to grill using wood and charcoal, which we took advantage of. Well stocked with various teas and sugar, honey, etc. And I LOVE the bathroom with the walk-in shower, great drainage. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo and shower gel and comfy towels. The style of the house matches those of the village, but it's completely updated. Enjoyed chatting with Virginia briefly, and she was available to help with anything but left us to ourselves otherwise.

From the start, Joseph was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The villa is a hidden gem, nestled in a peaceful area yet close to the ski lifts. We were looking for a cozy retreat in the snow, and this place was perfect! The fully functional fireplace made our evenings extra special. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Joseph provided great recommendations, from local markets to ski spots, and even helped us find accommodation for our friends. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. We loved every moment here and can’t wait to return—perhaps in summer to enjoy the different charm of this place. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and cozy escape in Pamporovo!

We had a wonderful stay at this authentic old house in the heart of Plovdiv’s Old Town. The location is perfect, surrounded by historic charm and within walking distance of amazing cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. The house itself is beautifully preserved, offering a cozy and unique experience. The host was welcoming and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. They had very good instructions prepared. Highly recommended for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Plovdiv’s rich history!

we had a lovely 2 days in the heart of the old town. the little house was perfect and the secluded courtyard at the front provided extra space for relaxing in the warm october weather. our hosts were very friendly, helpful and always nearby if we needed anything. well worth the money.

Great place for a mountainous getaway! Super relaxing, nice hikes close by, short drive to beautiful Smolyan and has a nice spa! The place was clean, comfortable and inviting!

Leslie was very helpful! Communication was perfect. My parents got everything they needed during their stay. The place is good: there are two swimming pools, shops, cafes and a beach.

Beautifully decorated nordic themed apartment, within what seems to be an old hotel. Clean enough and had what we needed for making a meal. Bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be woken by the early morning light as theres no blinds or curtains - beautiful views though and lots of parking. Sadly the hot tub wasn’t working so if your booking for the hot tub, as we were, then I’d check with the host to make sure it’s working.

Cozy home with a very comfortable bed and separate living room/kitchen. Everything functioned well, and the house is private and not exposed to the street, making it very quiet. The location is perfect, right next to a park and a short walk from the main shopping area and the Old Town. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. I had a wonderful stay!

We stayed at Adnan’s place for 2.5 weeks and had a great experience. He is a communicative host who got us a few things we needed, and was very friendly. And although it’s not in center, it’s easily accessible to the center by bus (which costs 1 leva), and also in easy walking distance to a TMarket, Lidl and Kaufland Hypermarket. The apartment itself is comfortable and had fast wifi. The only we would have liked is a bit more natural light, but it had a nice work desk surrounded by trees which helped a lot.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ όμορφο! Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική για εμάς και στο συγκρότημα υπάρχει παιδική χαρα. Είναι λίγο μακριά από το ιστορικό κέντρο αλλά έχει κοντά εστιατόρια, πάρκα, εμπορικό κέντρο; παιδικές χαρές και το κωπηλατοδρόμιο. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι πολύ ευγενική και βοηθητική.

Изключително доволен съм и искам горещо да препоръчам мястото на всеки, който търси спокойно, чисто и удобно място. апартаментът предлага всичко необходимо за комфортен престой - от добре оборудвана кухня до удобни мебели и умтна атмосфера. Локацията е идеална! Собствениците също са много отзивчиви, което направи престоя още по-приятен. Смело препоръчвам мястото!

Elena's place is wonderful - clean, brand new, artistic, with modern equipment and great amenities, TV in each room. We very much liked the slippers provided for each guest, very comfy 🙂 Location is good. There is free public parking, subject to availability. If you like McDonald's it is a few steps away 🙂 I highly recommend Elena's apartment and would definitely book it again should we need place to stay in Plovdiv.

An excellent location, the flat is nestled between the Old Town and the lively Kapana district, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the historic city of Plovdiv. Only downside was the wifi wasn't working, maybe worth double checking if you need it.

I can't describe the joy of seeing that someone has thought of your pet. Not only did she let us stay with her in her apartment, but she had left her a towel and a bed.
