House holiday rentals in Rockwood

Cottage by the Creek was exactly as described. It was so relaxing and peaceful. My absolute favorite place to be was the swing listening to the creek and sharing my time with the multiple ducks, geese, cardinals and other birds. We got lucky enough to see a turkey and a hummingbird. The distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were perfect! I’m so hoping to be able to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time. Ramzi was available when we had questions. Very friendly. Cabin was clean and cozy. If you have never driven in hills before be prepared the roads are tight. The lookout by the pool is amazing and also clean. Neighborhood also clean and quiet. Everything was perfect as the pictures showed. One slight thing to update would be the hot tub cover as it looks as if someone or something stood on it and broke it. Still works just fine but it’s collecting water on the top. Thank you for a great vacation. :)

An excellent spot for enjoying the Nantahala National Forest, as well as having ample room and accomodations for guests and vehicles.

We had seven ladies on a girls trip. We had a blast. There is a bear that hangs around and popped up a few times, minding his own business. Definitely would use the cabin again.

When arrived we could not find the pack and play and they had one delivered from Target that night. Always responded quickly. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay again if in Knoxville.

2nd time staying at Mike's. He's a great host with a nice place just outside of downtown Knoxville. His place is clean, comfy and has fast wifi. Mike is super responsive and has your best interest in mind.

Our stay was a last minute accommodation and the host was very quick to respond and made the process extremely easy for us. The location was perfect. Away from it all but not too far if we wanted to make a drive to it all. The host was always quick to respond and even checked in on us when we had an earthquake! The views are beautiful! The house was perfect. It felt like home away from home!

To say this place is a hidden gem is an understatement. Very close to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The private pool, hot tub and pool table were wonderful and very relaxing! Amanda was an excellent host that was very responsive and has a beautiful home. Definitely coming back to this one when we get to TN. Thanks Amanda!

The house was just as described and the pictures were a very accurate representation of the whole property. The owners were very friendly and responsive. Will definitely book this same house next time we are in the area. Could not have been more comfortable and happy.

Awesome house. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Super close to Windrock off-road park, which is why we were there. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, clean home in a great scenic spot, right on the river. Plenty of parking, kitchen supplies, and household items. Fire pit and swing set were a wonderful surprise. Short drive to grocery and other stores.

We ended up at Missy and Erik’s after another Airbnb fell through and it must’ve been kismet because we absolutely loved our stay. The property was spotless and beautiful. The riverfront was lovely. Missy and Erik were extremely communicative and helpful, especially supporting us through a massive storm. We will definitely be back! 10/10

Melanie was super informative & accurate with details. You can tell she cares about the comforts we all tend to take for granted in our own homes. Our only regret is we didn’t book our trip long enough. Usually I am anxious to get back home after a few days away but I was sad to leave this time. I would 100% recommend this beautiful & peaceful home to anyone..

Lori's place is located next to a beautiful venue for weddings etc. Large historical brick pillars inviting visitors to the town are on the road just in front of the entrance to the house. We had a lovely stay, having all the conveniences of home and it was very clean. Thankful for places like Lori's where we can get away and stay in a piece of history.

House was nice. Easy access from road. It has trail access as long as your ok with a good couple miles on route 116. Closest trail 26 is moderately difficult depending on skill level. Trail 43 is Nasty do not attempt unless you have a decent skill level. The farthest trail is green and easy. Listening says house is on 60 acres . You do Not Have Access To That 60 Acers. It is a horse farm rented out to the next door neighbor. Listed should state that. The house is still worth the price. Youngest daughter was looking forward to trying to drive the sxs some because we thought we had rented a house with 60 acres next to an off road park. That's not the case. Only 5 hours before check in did the host send a message stating we couldn't use that 60 acres. Host should change listing. Other then that great rental. Would rent again.

A very clean place beds were nice. Everything was great. I can say nothing bad about the place. Only good things. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay . The scenery is lovely , peaceful great family neighborhood. The house was spotless and the pictures did not do it justice . We enjoyed the snacks left by the host it was a nice surprise as well as the beautiful cared for home ,and the water toys provided . Would definitely come back .

What a wonderful home ! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Our whole family swam multiple times a day. We really appreciated all the extra amenities including extra towels , pool toys , & pack & play for the baby . The boys really loved kayaking & fishing. The kitchen had everything we need to prepare our meals. It was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Elizabeth was very responsive when we contacted her a couple of times. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home.

We would reccomend and come again if your looking for a peaceful vacation away and perfect if you like lake life! Matthew was very helpful with questions we had and easy check in. Its right on the lake which was perfect and had a separate building for me to work remotely throughout the week. it has all your basic amenities for a visit. Thanks so much!
