"The Hangout" is located within Kleinshore Resort, one of the first lake resorts constructed on Lake Hamilton. Most of the homes in the resort date back to the early 1940s, but this home is one of the newest in the resort , built in 2018. The common areas of the resort (pool area, docks, etc) are well maintained by the POA. Kleinshore Resort is definitely a cool spot to relax and kick back. Located just minutes from Oaklawn Casino and downtown Hot Springs.
