Sectioned off the front of the house, private entry and parking on premises in carport. private verandah, table setting in leafy front yard. Kitchenette equipped with oven, microwave , toaster, kettle, electric frypan, Coffee pod.. NO Stove. Room for extra car.. 5 minute drive from Toowoomba's CBD, 6 minutes Walk to St. Andrews Hospital. Black gully forest reserve nearby set up to play Frisbee golf & exercise

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.
