We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

Quiet , comfy and close to the CBD. If you're coming to Brisbane to visit the CIty, QPAC or Southbank Parklands, then my place will suit you perfectly. Just 6 km to the city, it is a quick drive or better still, the express bus is at the door and will have you in town in around 10 minutes. If you're visiting for work , the freeway will have you at the Gold or Sunshine Coasts easily while Holland Park is in a central location to get you around Brisbane.
