Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rockland County

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea’s. We made great use of the amenities and would love to stay here again. Chelsea was a great host and extremely responsive.

My husband and really enjoyed our impromptu weekend getaway at the last minute. Heidi was able to accommodate us the same day and was very quick to respond and help us get setup. The location is beautiful and really special. We’ll definitely be back!

We had the best weekend staying at this house. The house itself is gorgeous and has been modernized expertly. It was a chilly weekend but the heating system was easy to use and very effective. The amenities are too many to list, but we have to shout out the following: the beds were incredibly comfortable. I would have slept all weekend had I not been there for my own wedding. The water pressure was amazing, everything was clean, the kitchen has every updated appliance you could ask for, and the towels and bed linens are top of the line quality, as are the cleaning products and toiletries. The decor is modern with touches of rustic qualities, and the color scheme matched the rich autumnal landscape. There are plenty of comfy couches and chairs to relax in, and the multiple living spaces offered a group of old friends to come together and enjoy each other's company. There's a working fireplace that we didn't use but would have had the time allowed. Best rental house I've ever stayed in!

One of the best bnbs ive stayed in, the views and how beautiful the house was made me feel such comfort. Joseph was a wonderful, helpful host and i love the town. Being so close to Letchworth Village is the best !!!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house was very convenient, well-equipped, and in a lovely area with great restaurants nearby and a beautiful creek just outside the house. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

We loved our stay in Piermont. The house itself was beautiful, quiet, with all the amenities needed for a week away. The whole place is decorated with beautiful, real vintage furniture - it felt like a real, lived in home which is what I used to love about Airbnb and what is often missing from listings these days. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept great. We loved walking down the driveway to the many coffee shops, restaurants and walking trails that were just outside the front door. Highly recommend this place.

Our stay was warm, comfortable, inviting and clean! Our group included 2 families (4adults and 5children). At first we were skeptical about the lack of tv, BUT, the kids had plenty of space to roam, play, have quiet time and/ or get rambunctious. The location of the home was convenient located to supermarkets, outlets, and children’s activities (snow tubing, movies theaters, urban air, etc.). The host was very responsive, flexible, accommodating and courteous. The host took less than 30min (10-15min on average) to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We definitely look forward to returning to this property and/ or other properties listed with this host. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!!

The place was clean and was ready for us before the official check-in. It was homey, spacious, and gave us just what we needed. The house in the abnb app (and Google Maps where it's from) is not the right one; it's actually right next to the fire house, which is the one you see on Google Maps. It's close to everything you need in Cold Spring and a short 8-minute walk to the supermarket. A good find!

Mabel was a great host, she was able to extend my stay at the last minute which was perfect because my husband and I needed rest before we took our 9 hour drive back home. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family vacation.

This was just what I needed for my first trip to Mohegan Lake! Quiet neighborhood. Cozy bed. Great water pressure. I’ll definitely be booking again if I come back to this cute little town.

Andrea’s place was peaceful, quiet, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our mini vacation from the city to explore the main strip in Beacon, and Andrea’s place couldn’t be better situated for that. The bed was comfortable, there was a good amount of space for two people, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the place was well heated (it was +/- 15 degrees during our visit). Andrea was flexible with our check in/out times and left lots of instructions about the space for us. I recommend and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room to unwind after a long day in the city. Everything was clean was absolutely gorgeous. My 8 year old used the word “spiffy” when we walked in. Anthony was very friend and a great communicator. We have a lovely time!!

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great weekend in Dev and Jackie’s home! It is a beautifully appointed, clean space and just as described. A quick Uber ride gets you to the PATH train in nearby Hoboken, if you’re interested in heading into NYC. Dev and Jackie were helpful and responsive; we definitely recommend this home and next time we’ll try to book in warm weather so we can take advantage of that awesome rooftop area and its view!

We arrived later afternoon and not sure of which door to go into, Joesph came out on his deck to welcome us and where to park. We talked a bit and then went into the apartment under his living quarters. The place was very clean and a lot of amenities were there with labels on everything which was nice. Bed was comfortable as well. We basically hung our hats there while we went out to do things; we didn't hang out there at all. We didn't cook but we could have. Plenty of supplies. Bathroom was nice with big shower. Only problem was the light in the bathroom is motion activated so....while in the shower, it doesn't detect you and will turn the lights off. You just stick out your hand it will turn back on. Nice place.

The home was beautiful and was perfect for our group of 6. (1 child and 5 adults). It had everything we needed and more. The balcony and deck above had beautiful views of the city. Although we had to take a bus to NYC, it was only 1 bus and walking distance so very convenient. Also, thank you so much for being flexible with us during check-in. Would definitely stay here again!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ann’s place. Subway is very close and makes getting around very easy. Ann was very accomodating with our early arrival too which we appreciated. House was wonderfully equipped and very comfortable. Thank you so much!

Quick last minute trip, she was very accommodating and helpful! Place was just what we needed, easy to get to everything but convenient markets/restaurants in neighborhood all within walking distance. Home was well stocked and comfortable. Would definitely book again when we return!

The unit itself was nice and just as described. We found the location a bit far from restaurants and coffee shops. If you are a light sleeper, the noice from the pipes might bother. We got used to it after first night. Commuting to NYC Manhattan was quite easy by bus, it takes about 25-40 min depending on traffic.
