Holiday rentals with beach access in Rockingham County

Graham was an excellent host, responsive & helpful. The unit was exceptionally clean and accommodating.

The place was very clean and well organized. Perfect location for walking to the boardwalk, resturant, and right across from the beach. Tom was a great host being proactive in getting us checked in with clear instructions. Definitely would recommend this location!

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

Bev is an amazing host, she reached out before check in so that we knew what to expect the day of. Super friendly! Not only did the place match the photos but it is good quality furniture in the home. The home was stocked well, and had a surprising amount of things you would normally forget. Amazing time... definitely would go back.

We came in from out of town for a few days and were so pleased with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and walkable to the center for entertainment and restaurants. We would absolutely book again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

In my opinion, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The host was exceptional, and the property met all my requirements. It was well-equipped and immaculately clean. My friends and I really enjoyed the house. It was VERY clean and it was in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and a couple of fun bar/restaurants. Parking for 5 cars. Only thing for renters to be aware of is the photos make the house appear a lot bigger than it is. The living room is small and the room with the twin beds is very small. However, the deck is large and attractive! Great house for a sunny day!!!

Darryl’s house was extremely enjoyable. It had everything we needed, and we had a very relaxing time at the lake. It felt private, amazing views, and was very comfortable.

We spent the weekend here catching up with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with beautiful views all around. We’re so thankful we got to stay and make the most of it. There’s so much to do nearby, and it’s just a quick drive to Portsmouth, NH, which has so many great places to explore. Rachel also shared some fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better.

From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

We love the location since it affords us quick access to the beach as well as other areas we have stayed over the years. Brianna is a super host and communicates well with us throughout the whole experience. We certainly will be back.

Third year we’ve stayed there. Very well equipped unit. New sofa this year. The screened in porch overlooking the beach is a big attraction for us. You’re on the beach, so access isn’t an issue. Not one of the busier sections of the beach, but it’s a short walk to the areas with shops. An always accessible parking space, and an elevator to the upper floors is a plus.

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Very nicely decorated space with everything we needed for a great stay in a beautiful location

I enjoyed my stay. The location is great - just beyond the main beach traffic but close enough to enjoy all the shops/restaurants. Loved being able to see the ocean from bed and watching the sunrise from the apartment/balcony.
