Holiday rentals with lake access in Rockaway Beach

This house was perfect for the best birthday weekend with all my friends. It spacious fit all of us and the living room had ample space to hang out in, and all the games were an added bonus. The best part though was the deck, the view and the proximity to the sand. I highly recommend this listing!

Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing, and beautiful stay. We loved kayaking the lake and then being able to walk in less than 5 minutes to the beach. What a spectacular location! We would love to stay again.

We’ve stayed at many AirBnB’s along the Oregon coast and this was by far one of our favorite stays. The guys loved having access to the kayaks and having the option to fish on the private lake or 5 minutes away on the beach. The little girls loved all the toys that were available on the loft and enjoyed the slide attached to the bunk beds. The beach was a 5 minute walk across the street. The Barview jetty was a 5 minute drive and perfect for the kids to play in the tide pools. The space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend this space and do see ourselves coming back.

This home was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations in many ways. From small details, like having a baby gate and beach toys available, to the big stuff, like being dog friendly and having a kitchen that is stocked so well that it was a joy to actually be able to cook! — all of this made it a great location. We loved being able to see the waves from the top deck, and having a window open so we could hear them crash. Thank you, James & Ashlyn for your hospitality! We’ll be back. 🌊

What a great place! The lake house is so tranquil and private, and a short walk/drive down the road for coast access. The water views from the house are absolutely spectacular and you can watch the birds for hours. The kitchen had all the cooking gear you could need, the beds and bathrooms were comfortable and clean, and all the games were a treat to have around on a rainy day. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

We very much enjoyed this place. The location was great - on the beach and close to town. We had 8 adults, 4 infants and a dog and there was room for everyone. If we wanted to all be together, it was done. If you needed to get away from the crowd, especially with the little ones, no problem. More than adequately provisioned which is VERY much appreciated. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. Joyce was responsive to our inquiries in a prompt manner. We will return the next time we have a crowd like this time.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect place to getaway. The beach is only 4 minutes away! This place was well equipped, the beds are super comfortable. Very cozy environment and dog friendly. Will definitely come back again! The host is very nice and helpful.

A fantastic stay for a trip to the coast! More secluded location, but still minutes from the beach made for a very peaceful stay. Wonderful spot for a stay with kids ir dogs. Note that there is actually MORE space than is shown in the listing.

This place was perfect for a quick weekend trip to the beach! The location was perfect (short walk to the beach) and the place was perfect for 3 kids, 3 adults. The kitchen was clean and efficient, having firewood available for purchase was a great perk, and the free-to-use items came in handy. Would highly recommend

Everything was amazing! One of the best stays we have ever had. Rachel was a great host - very responsive and gave great recommendations. The location and town was also perfect for what we were looking for. So picturesque with the beach, lake and forest all so close. Plan to definitely go back again in the future, highly recommend!

Staying anywhere on the Oregon Coast is beautiful. This specific Airbnb has great beach access. It’s down a very low traffic street with 3 point of beach access within 50 yards of the front door. The hot tub was hot. Plenty of seating and a fire pit in the back. My reason for choosing it was the reasonable price for such a large house. We only used two bedrooms. There is an additional sleeping space upstairs with two beds. It’s an amazing value for everything you have access to use.

We stayed just one night for our quick wedding the following day in Astoria (about 1 hour from Astoria). The house is easy to find & directions to get inside were clear. The house was clean & had the listed amenities. Our only complaint is we went to take the garbage out per host request and the outside can was so full (from previous guests) it was overflowing & birds were starting to pick at it. We try to leave our Airbnb’s the way we found them, so I just reached out to the host to let them know it was not our mess. Other than that, the upstairs was quite warm and it had not been a hot day. So I imagine the upstairs can get miserable on a super hot day & it is an older house so I’m not sure about AC
