The apartment is above the most beautiful beach in Tropea with a beautiful view of the blue sea, 10 minutes from Capo Vaticano and a view of the Aeolian Islands at sunset. It is in the historic center, close to restaurants, beaches, nightlife and public transport. You'll love my place because of its atmosphere, people, neighborhood, outdoor spaces, and light. My place is good for couples, families (with children), and groups.

The apartment is located inside Palazzo Rispoli, a 19th-century building that was once the residence of the Rispoli family. The building overlooks Corso Sirleto, the main street of Guardavalle. Passing through a majestic portal, a vault once led to the ground floor rooms, the mill and the warehouses, which today are used as a bar and form the entrance from the Corso. In the small inner courtyard, there is a granite staircase leading to the apartment on the first floor.

My apartment is located in the enchanting scenery of Chianalea di Scilla, a fishing village full of scents and colors typical of this beautiful land. The apartment has a great location,just open the door to find yourself surrounded by the sea, a stone's throw away is the small beach of San Giuseppe. My apartment is close to the city center, and the beautiful beach is a 10-minute walk away. Nightlife and family activities within walking distance. My place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children). Recently, there has been a tourist tax per person of €1.00 from November 1 to April 30, and €2.00 from May 1 to October 31, for a maximum of seven nights.
