Catia and Andrea's house was perfect! Everything was super clean, there was everything you need to cook, I could wash clothes, the whole time I felt right at home. The location is stunning, with a huge private courtyard with a view of the mountains and the sound of the river. There are walking trails nearby and only 30-60 minutes by car, there are multiple mountains to hike up if that's your thing. I recommend Monte Amaro (difficult) and Monte Mileto (moderate). Above all, Catia and Andrea were two of the nicest hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Catia was extremely communicative before my arrival and when I told her what time I would arrive, her and Andrea suggested to meet them at a bar near the airbnb. Of course I accepted and I was met with beautiful hospitality, they bought me two beers and let me practice my Italian with them. And to top it off, they personally escorted me to show me the airbnb, and they also left some beer and two bottles of wine. Best experience yet!

We recently stayed in Barbara's house, La Casa di Panfilo. We are a family of 3, including a 6.5 month old baby. I would highly recommend this house as a base for discovering Abruzzo. It was very clean, spacious, had everything we needed and overall was very comfortable. Communication with Barbara was excellent. She was very helpful and welcoming and answered all my questions rapidly. The only thing to be aware of is that you do have to drive everywhere as it is just outside Sulmona. Apart from that I would have no hesitation in recommending this house.

Every now and then you are lucky enough to meet nice people, this is what happened to us with Alessandro, a kind, honest and prepared homeowner! On behalf of my entire family, I thank him so much and wish him a happy life!

An Impeccable Stay for Relaxation and Smart Working! I had the pleasure of staying in this holiday home and was extremely impressed. If there's one thing that immediately catches the eye, it's the impeccable cleanliness: every corner, from the bedroom to the bathroom, was sparkling and cared for in every detail. You can immediately feel the attention and dedication of the managers in keeping the rooms not only welcoming, but also hygienically perfect. This is a fundamental aspect for me. As a remote worker, the quality of the internet connection is a top priority, and I can confirm that the Wi-Fi here is excellent thanks to the fibre. The connection was always stable and fast, allowing me to participate in video calls, download large files and manage my work activities without any hitches. The hospitality was fabulous and I highly recommend Casamè. I'll definitely be back, see you soon.

We were delayed arriving but Antonio didn't seem to mind. He met us and showed us all around the apartment. The apartment has beautiful views of the snowcapped mountains with easy access to everything you could need. I would 100% recommend this spotless apartment to everyone.

5 Stars – A Romantic Gem in the Heart of Abruzzo This cottage is an absolute dream! Tucked away just 5 minutes from Sulmona and 7 minutes from the postcard-perfect village of Pacentro, it’s the ideal romantic hideaway. Peaceful, beautifully styled, and surrounded by stunning countryside—it feels like your own slice of Italian heaven. Francesca has thought of everything. The house was spotless and incredibly well stocked—the fridge and pantry were filled with thoughtful touches that made our mornings easy and our evenings cosy. We enjoyed a mix of eating out at local favourites and cooking at home with gorgeous local produce. If you're thinking about booking—don’t hesitate. You’ll fall in love with this place just like we did!

Pictures don’t give this place justice! It’s was absolutely stunning, like out of a European magazine! Romano was extremely helpful and very responsive. It was extremely spacious for our party of 6 and ample amount of washrooms and bedrooms/beds. I have nothing bad to say, and without question would recommend this place. Highly recommended contacting Romano just to help you find it, as it’s slightly confusing to find. But he did tell us to contact him once we arrived in town. And the terrace …..breathtaking! Can’t wait to come back:) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

Letizia and her family welcomed us in an impeccable way. The house was perfect for our needs, I stayed with my brother and everyone had their own room. If I had to go back to Sulmona and the surrounding area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again. Thanks to everyone!
