We stayed this weekend and had a really good time. You can park for free along the main street, near the area where the apartment is located, in the center. Very bright, located on two floors joined by a large staircase and with easy steps, the house is divided into a living area with entrance, small kitchen, obtained from the basement, large living room with fireplace and dining table, a first bedroom with attached storage room and service bathroom. Upstairs there is the master bedroom and large, adjacent bathroom, equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. In the kitchen, although small there are a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, as well as all the dishes and everything you need to prepare a plate of pasta with sauce! We were gifted with a cranberry tart from the Panzini pastry shop, which is really delicious! All rooms are clean and we didn't miss anything, in fact we took advantage of the bread

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tivoli, and Cecilia and her family were a major part in making that a reality. From the beginning they were proactive and friendly in their communication with us, and they we very helpful with the information they provided regarding local spots to visit. We would definitely be happy to stay with them again in a future visit to Tivoli and highly recommend that anyone looking for a stay at a place that is central to everything in Tivoli do so with Cecilia. Potential visitors should only be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there are only stairs, so if that is something that is physically difficult for you, then you should be aware of that. For us, it was not a deterrent, and we got a good little exercise on our way in from and out to our adventures.

If you're looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, this small retreat nestled between the alleys of Bellegra and surrounded by greenery is ideal. This home offers a breathtaking view. The tranquility of the place is perfect for relaxing. The house is cozy and well cared for. Ideal for those looking for serenity and beauty and a little cool in August. Mandatory commuting with cars, the historic center offers small groceries. Initial disorientation between the alleys, but then you orient yourself well. Luciano the co-host is very helpful! Tip.

He was really a very friendly, sincere and very helpful host, he helped us a lot in everything, the house was extremely clean, very convenient and very affordable, thank you very much for everything.

Much recommended, beautiful surroundings and great host

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

What about Valentina? Simply fantastic! From the first moment, she made us feel at home with a warm welcome and a delicious welcome aperitif, a gesture that we appreciated very much. Its attention to detail is truly exceptional: every corner of the gambling area is designed for relaxation and comfort, with different areas where you can enjoy a moment of peace. Not only was the structure perfect and impeccable, but Valentina was able to make it a real refuge. Moreover, the peace of the place allowed us to live an authentic experience outside the chaos of the city. Such a host is a rarity: if you are looking for a stay where every wish is fulfilled and where you will feel pampered from the first to the last moment, Valentina is the person for you. Absolutely recommended with full marks!

A unique experience! The apartment is simply wonderful: very clean, cosy and equipped with everything you could need — and even more. The care with which Luca has prepared every detail is truly unique. We found a wide selection for breakfast, toothbrush and toothpaste in case of forgetfulness, and even two multi-output cables to recharge any device. An attention that makes the difference: the sheets and towels were not only clean, but also very fragrant, which is not at all obvious! Not to mention the view of Lake Nemi: simply enchanting. A panorama that alone is worth the stay, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the chaos of the city. Finally, Luca was an exceptional host: very helpful, attentive and generous with valuable advice that allowed us to discover the best of the area. A real tour guide! Highly recommended. You can clearly see how much passion there is behind it: we will definitely be back!
