Beachfront holiday rental in Rocca Imperiale

10 napot töltöttünk az apartmanban, otthonosan éreztük magunkat. Az apartman nagyon tiszta és kényelmes volt, csendes helyen, de mégis közel a centrumhoz, ugyanakkor a tengerhez is. Részletes leírást kaptunk a megtaláláshoz és a becsekkoláshoz, az első napokban voltak kérdéseink, amire szinte azonnal választ kaptunk. A szállás abszolút ár/érték arányos, javaslom mindenkinek, aki Calabria Trebisacce környékét szeretné megnézni és kényelmes, otthonos szállást keres.

Honestly it was one of the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Beach over the street, cool outside shower, lovely interior with a mix of old charmful furnitures and modern elements, privacy but with the italian atmosphere around. The host was super cool and all the time available. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 2 settimane a cavallo di ferragosto 2024. Casa al secondo piano senza ascensore, molto grande e accogliente, alcuni mobili datati,ma nel complesso funzionali. Finestre dotate di zanzariere. Non c'è aria condizionata ma solo una lampada a pala in soggiorno/cucina e dei ventilatori nelle camere (nelle nostre settimana ha fatto veramente molto caldo).. Host molto disponibile, sia sulla consegna immobile sia a risolvere eventuali necessità/problemi. Bellissima vista sul mare, e ottima posizione perchè davvero scendi in strada e sei in spiaggia. Vi sono sia spiagge libere che lidi attrezzati. Parcheggi liberi in quasi tutto il paese, ma non a tutte le ore è facile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze di casa. Per trovare dei supermercati bisogna andare a massafra o palagiano, in paese c'è solo un piccolo minimarket. Qualche sera, in un vicino spiazzo/parcheggio arrivano le bancarelle della frutta. Ottimo per vacanze relax.

Posto incantevole , mare stupendo , con accesso ad una spiaggetta di sassolini quasi ad uso privato , Amelia e Gaetano ci hanno accolti come si accoglie una persona di famiglia , dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie oer trascorrere nel miglior modo la nostra vacanza , cordiali e mai invasivi , ci ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unkompliziert in die Wohnung eingeführt: Reichlich Wasser und Kaffee standen für uns bereit. 2 Balkone (Nordwest bzw. um Eck Nordost mit Blick aufs Meer, Südwest bzw. Südost ums Eck mit Blick auf die Bergketten) luden ein, das Frühstück, ein Sonnenbad oder den Abendausklang zu genießen. Die Einrichtung ließ keinen Wunsch offen (s. Beschreibung). Hunde, Katzen, Hühner in der Nachbarschaft vermitteln ein ländliches Flair. Fabrizio Piccolo war für uns der Ausgangspunkt für viele kurzweilige Unternehmungen (Nahbereich: Rossano und Corigliano - enge Altstädte in Hanglage, Sibari mit dem Archäologischen Park; Fernbereich: Camigliatello Silano im herrlichen Sila-Nationalpark). Ein Auto ist für das Quartier empfehlenswert, genügend Parkraum steht am Haus, gelegen an einer Sackgasse, zur Verfügung. Der Abschied, unkompliziert arrangiert, fiel uns schwer.

La casa è molto molto carina, spaziosa e comoda, posizione buona per raggiungere le spiagge e girare, peccato solo per la strada un po’ trafficata ma comunque per girare servirebbe la macchina a prescindere. Simona è una persona estremamente disponibile. Consigliato

Ti grazie Pamela per la sua immensa dolcezza e disponibilità. Avevo una difficoltà di orario ed è stata veramente gentile nel trovare con me una soluzione per potermi aiutare. Judith’s place was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is more beautiful than the photos and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy peaceful time. Me and my family of 6 had a great time. The place is also a great spot to explore south of Italy. We traveled from Lecce to Amalfi coast very conveniently. Both houses are full with thoughtful details. Swimming pool is amazing. Definitely recommended. Also Vittoria who helped us to check in is super nice.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Matteos Wohnung. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt, einen super gepflegten Garten und eine riesen Terrasse mit toller Ausstattung (Liegestühle, Tisch mit Stühlen, Loungesessel). Die Unterkunft ist top ausgestattet von Waschmaschine, zwei Bäder, Fliegenschutzgitter, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum bis hin zu Wechseldecken. Die Komminikation mit Matteo war sehr einfach, schnell und freundlich. Self Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Strandabschnitt mit Promenade ist sehr schön und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

We had a great time in Judith's place. it was clean, spacious and very welcoming. We arrived in the dark and had a bit of a hard time locating it by the instructions listed on AirBNB but Judith was wonderful and communicated with us closely until we found it. The room that was the kids room has a separated entrance, which can be great but my kids didn't approve :) so they slept in the living room. still- we had an amazing time, the kitchen is well equipped and there are beautiful sitting areas inside and outside of the house. Thank you Judith for a great stay! We definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a peaceful time.

I stay in Antonietta place for a month. It was amazing time. Definatelly I will come again. The village is secured by amazing person, Mario. From the first moment I felt like visiting family, with having very quiet private space for myself. It was absolutelly the best choice for longer stay.

This space was so special and historic! We had a wonderful time in Taranto :) it is not touristy at all, compared to everywhere else we went on our Italy vacation! Sabrina was also such a helpful host!! highly recommend:)

Monolocale per due persone al primo piano di una palazzina che affaccia proprio sul mare. Al check in ci ha accolti la mamma di Chiara, una signora cordiale e gentile che ci ha spiegato un po’ di cose. Abbiamo portato in vacanza anche il nostro cagnolone di 11 anni che ha gradito la vicinanza alla spiaggia avendo difficoltà a camminare. Esternamente alla palazzina è presente anche uno spazio dotato di pompa dove abbiamo potuto lavare il cane al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Posto auto garantito all’interno di questo spazio condominiale al quale si accede con un cancello automatico. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo ☺️

Casa vicina al mare come la descrizione. Spaziosa e arredata con mobili nuovi e anche la cucina ha il necessario per il soggiorno. Montegiordano Marina è un paese che però a fine agosto offre proprio poco...magari in altri periodi sarete più fortunati. Il vantaggio che a pochi km di distanza potete trascorrere delle belle serate nella vicina Roseto capo spulico decisamente più animate... e godervi la tranquillità a Montegiordano...ma questo ovviamente non è certo colpa di Anna...

We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) and the accommodation was spacious and clean. The flat was on the 6th floor and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it was quite adequate and we all thoroughly enjoyed. It's just a pity we couldn't stay for longer. The flat was east to find and the host was responsive. It was 15 minutes drive to the city center and also has free parking. Will certainly recommend. Thanks a lot.

I really liked Giulio apartment in Taranto. It is spacious and cozy, with everything you need for a great stay. It is well-located in the best part of the city, close to the Aragonese Castle and the main streets, surrounded by good restaurants, a market, and everything you need in the city. I highly recommend it.
